Builders Warehouse has specialist Tile Key Account Managers to partner with you the trade contractor, and dedicated coordinators to assist. Along with specialised knowledge in ceramic, porcelain and natural stone products, we can arrange for:

Your nearest branch initiates contractor evenings from time to time. Through this initiative we strive to create an opportunity for you to talk to like-minded people and to network with suppliers, branch representatives and other trade customers in a relaxed environment. We’ll make sure you’re invited.

Returns / Refunds

Our ultimate goal is for you our valued customer to be completely satisfi ed with your purchase from Builders Warehouse. Should you fi nd the product unsatisfactory in any way within 3 months, we will give you a credit for it (if you do not wish to repair or replace it) provided it is returned to our store in its original condition and packaging and with the original invoice. If any product is found to be faulty within 14 days of purchase, simply bring it in and we shall send it off for repairs. If it is still within the supplier’s guarantee period, the repairs will be free of charge. If not, we shall obtain a repair quote fi rst, which you can decline or accept. Unfortunately, because of the nature of the following products we cannot refund you or exchange the item. Instead, we shall gladly send it to the supplier who will repair it i.e. lawnmowers and trimmers. We will regretfully not be able to refund or exchange cut to measure items as these have been customized to suit your needs e.g. glass, timber and board, blinds, rope, chain, cord and keys.

Understandably, products cannot be returned or refunded if:

	Cut to measure, as these have been customized to suit your needs		Damaged by lightning
	Misused or purposely damaged		Used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed
	Not used as described in the user manual supplied with the product
