CANCELLATION POLICY: Forfeit 100% of deposit 0 to 7 days before arrival. Forfeit 75% of deposit 7 to 14 days before arrival, Forfeit 50% of deposit 14 days + before arrival.
Unless done 15 days prior to arrival; Internet Transfers or Cash Deposits only. We need the rooms between 10h00 and 12h00 for cleaning. You may arrive earlier but the rooms will be ready by 12h00. The same goes for departing; we would like the rooms by 10h00 for Cleaning, but you are welcome to use the Guest Lounge, the Lapa and facilities. There is no hard and fast rules, we are sure we can accommodate exceptions.
